My story developed so far getting everything put in place finding out how much fraud and criminal Acts was allowed to happen to me and at my expense my bank fraudulent and Criminal department is putting and working on charges legal charges and all the fraudulent and Criminal charges and stolen money that was taken from me through your drafting casino app banking whoever user account it is for the draft King Casino that linked all my banking and debit information to their user account still do not know the identity of the user that has an account through draftking Casino don't have a name yet my bank is the one that alerted and closed down and shut down all my accounts 48 hours ago due to the extensive in mine blowing withdrawals and transactions that was being done from the user from draftking casino app and being deposit to drafting Casino account and withdrawing from drafting Casino moving my money all around that has my name David Dillon on all the debit cards that I provided you guys in the last conversation they'r e all in my name also finding out that you guys meaning your company drafting Casino allowed and approved stolen identity and banking information to be processed linked and added to an account that does not match the person or banking information that you guys are proving transactions you guys allowed $2600 to be withdrawal and deposit while it is being stolen and illegal approved transactions to a person that obvious you guys did not do no kind of security breach no kind of account overview to make sure that whoever is withdrawing or depositing from any banking or debit card is the one who is rightfully and the person that is allowed to make any kind of decision or transaction you guys did nothing to stop your customer from stealing every time I had when the money that you approved because you didn't stop it you're allowed it the transactions were approved and they were achieved your security team or whoever or whatever if any did not even pick up on how much money at one time and within one day was being withdrawing and depositing a mind-blowing amount and you guys did nothing to flag to stop and she confirm and to see this obviously and noticeably fraudulent and Criminal act to further investigate it or to confirm Identity or whatever rules policy or regulations you guys have in place I want my $2683 return back to me immediately an expedited I am not going to wait all the facts truth and evidence is there I'm not going going to have this drag on and out I am contacting you guys first before I get a lawyer because I'm going to sue the *** out of you guys if this is not resolved soon and trust me trust me everything that I have this show that I was a victim and you guys violated and did not exercise or put the security breaches and security things that you have put in place for this thing not to happen this could have been prevented I want my money back the way I got it I don't want no paper check I'm not waiting no 10 or 20 days I want it direct deposit the way that you guys allowed it to be stolen I will give you the information to my account for depositing back my stolen money that is rightfully mine when someone gets in touch with me I will provide that information of where I want my money deposit this is not up for dispute or debate cuz it won't go that far you guys you better talk to your legal team or you're higher ups and you better Express and vocal everything that is happening and everything that you're learning of what happened so they know how serious the situation is because everything that we have all the evidence this won't even make it to court I'm 100% of victim and you guys are 100% at fault trust me this is not and won't make it to court and if the issue gets pushed or dragged on you're right I'm suing for a identity theft I'm suing you guys for emotional stress I'm suing you guys for financial I'm going to see you guys for defination of character and I can go on and on but that's all up to you guys I'm putting this on writing right now so that I can have evidence so I can have statements to back up everything that I'm telling you guys to show that you guys were notified you were educated I am simply and respectfully which I don't even need to be respectful because I'm a victim for the money that was taken and stolen from me giving back to me in a way in a matter that I feel is appropriate and I want it put back in my bank I will gladly provide whoever that will be getting in touch with me the information of where the direct deposit will be going but I will not I will not settle for a check of paper check for me or none of that I am loudly saying that and I am stating it so I have evidence that expresses what I'm saying and what I would like to be done as I am the victim thank you I'll be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible have a blessed day

Don’t quit if you know you are right Draft Kings outright lied to me the first 5 days I reached out claiming there was nothing they could even though I showed them clear proof. On the 6th day they issued me a players credit but I will never do business with them again.
I played a 4-team pick 6. One player was held out of the game. I won the other 3, but they are saying L.

Monday 10/27/25 I placed a bet on Blue Jays vs LA Dodgers. On my bet was player George Stringer however watching the game he did not bat .
My bet for all the other ones I bet on made the 1+hit. But draftkings did not acknowledge my bets and I did not get my winnings. Then on Tuesday 10/28/25 when watching they acknowledge that George Stringer was not on the batting log for Monday 10/27/25 nor Tuesday 10/28/25 on national TV . I have snap shots to prove I won but I didn't receive my winnings on Monday 10 27 25 bets.
That is fraudulent on your company and I have reached out to the right authorities and turned it in.
FanDuel is a better betting company to bet through. At least when someone who is not on the agenda to play they void that person off and paying the winnings if the rest of the bet is a winning bet.

Mistake on my bets
I've been waiting for y'all to correct my bet with the Houston 9.5 spread, with the score being 35-45 and a Houston 10-point spread, which gave them the tie game. This should have been avoided; the ticket should have been exited out because it was a tie game.
I still haven't received any email or anything back from y'all. At least y'all can give me bonus bets or something because I did not lose that bet; it was a push, which is a vortex any betting out would say the same.
I put that slip in two different apps and I won, except for y'all. I don't understand.

Always ttrying to reach a customers service on line not answers
I made a bet 9 picks I won 8 picks total but one of the players played just for a dew minutes nba game and he was out from the game for injure so I lost my bet and why they dont pay my bed if is not my fault that the player sidnt finished the game...

Pissed off
I won 146 $$ and all of a sudden I had to confirm my identity, so I did that. Then I had to show proof of residency, and I did that.
Then next they wanted a bank statement; I did that, and they continued to tell me they never got it.
I have the screenshots and proof. So therefore, they're not trying to pay me because I won't bonus bets 0 of 10.
