I submitted all documentation after my account was locked, and it has not been resolved. No one contacted me about activation account , and its been 24 hours
Horrible no way to communicate can't get funds back no customer service that's not a robot , great app for betting but when your need your money back you can receive at least for the first time is a nightmare and still is and now I'm being forced to type nonsense to even be able to hit enter to get to another robot unreal
My experience at DraftKings so far was excellent until my last bed a four leg parlay was credited as a loss and I won three legs in the fourth leg the player was injured and did not play so I called to the website I called the number I asked why I lost I said a couple of weeks ago I tried to do a deposit and it was supposed to be come with a 50% back bonus I deposited $1000 and did not get any bonus bets and now they locked my account when who knows if I could’ve I play a lot of parlays and who knows if I was going to hit a parlay last night so I’m being treated like a child and I really haven’t this is the only thing I’ve gotten back from you in over a day no call back no email until now which is really really upsetting thank you please please please turn my account back on I’ll give me back every penny I ever lost to your website thank you
